Lucka 6 – mintchokladbrownies
När jag efterlyste chokladtips så ramlade det här receptet in i min mail. Mintchokladbrownies är mitt-i-prick i ett hem där just mintchoklad står högt i godishierarkin. Om någon tycker att brownisarna ser lite platta ut, så beror det på att Carl blev så ivrig att han hällde smeten i den största ugnsformen som går att finna i det röda köket. Platta men goda ändå, mycket goda.
Mintchokladbrownies
125 g choklad
100 g smör
3 ägg
2 1/3 dl strösocker
1 2/3 d vetemjöl
After eight, eller liknande mintchoklad
Smält smöret och rör ner grovhackad choklad så att chokladen smälter. Vispa ägg i en bunke och vispa därefter även ner socker och den smälta chokladblandningen. Sikta över mjöl och kakao, som vänds ner i smeten. Häll hälften av smeten i en ugnsform (20×25 cm) klädd med bakplåtspapper. Lägg ett lager After eight över smeten, och häll därefter i resten av smeten i formen. Grädda i 180 grader i ca 20 minuter. Direkt när kakan kommer ut ur ugnen, toppa med After eight. Låt kakan svalna, servera med vispad grädde.

Mmm, låter jättegott. :) Jag har ett liknande här, men då är det mer som en kladdkaka. Den är också supergod ifall du gillar mintchoklad.
